My husband and I bought a used car, a RAV4, from Gresham Subaru this past December. After getting it home and driving it for a while we noticed the floor in the back seat was sopping wet. ' But to our amazement and surprise Gresham Subaru, Josh in their Service Department and Lance, our finance guy took great care of us! Not only did Gresham Subaru investigate and find the cause, they replaced the Sunroof for us, santized the carpeting and cleaned/dried the whole interior. We were so thankful for the entire Gresham Subaru team. Lance Schultz made sure we were taken care of. Scottryan in the Service Department went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied with the final outcome. Gresham Subaru has made two life long customers.
