My frustration is the phone service for the Service Department! I had to call for times to ask if my car had been serviced and was ready for me to pickup. The phone calls were answered by very nice peo Department! I had to call for times to ask if my car had been serviced and was ready for me to pickup. The phone calls were answered by very nice people who worked in other areas of the dealership and were not connected to the Service department. When I left my car I was offered a ride back home which was very nice. The young man who greeted me upon arrival was knowledgeable and polite. I was given a ride back to the dealership to get my car. It is very disappointing and frustrating to call Service and not be able to talk with someone in that department. At one time a message told be the phone was full and couldn’t leave a message. Another time the used car department answered and tried to help. It is not the people at the dealership but the type of phone service that is being used. Perhaps that is where most calls are coming in to - the Service department. Somehow the phone service needs an upgrade. The people are certainly not the problem More

45k mile service $1750. Did not reset maintenance reminders. Provided a loaner car that was nice. Moved back seat and did not return it to original position.
