Great process but few issues Upon purchasing my vehicle I was told that it would be filled up with gas and washed. Express oil change took 2 hours! Visited for an "Express" oil change and it took 2 hours! On top of that, they charge $90! Nobody even acknowledged how long it took. The Best Car buying experience I have had. Gresham Subaru made it really easy for us to buy a new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek for our daughter. Beau And Eric went of there way to make sure we got the Gresham Subaru made it really easy for us to buy a new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek for our daughter. Beau And Eric went of there way to make sure we got the right car with the features we wanted and color we wanted. When they didnt have exactly what we wanted. They went above and beyond to get exactly what we wanted. Beau did a great job going over all of features in our new Crosstrek before we left with the car. In a couple of weeks they have come back in just to make sure we understand how to use all of the features of our new car. I have never bought a new car where they made sure you understand how everything works before you leave until now.
