Service appointment not honered An appointment for the first service was made at the time of sale in September.It seemed a little strange to set one up that far ahead. Several remind An appointment for the first service was made at the time of sale in September.It seemed a little strange to set one up that far ahead. Several reminders where recieved by email. I showed up at the appointed time only to be told that they do not honor appointments for first service. Get in line, it could take an hour and 45 minutes. Sales and service apparently do not communicate. I'm not happy. More
