As a family member of a Gresham Ford Team member you know how hard we work to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. Every vehicle has a life expectancy. Vehicles over 200,000 miles may require repair and replacement of things like ball joints. These repairs are in addition to the maintenance repairs like brakes, batteries and tires. We share the condition of equipment, like failing ball joints, with our customers. However it is ultimately the customers choice to complete our suggested repairs. We would like to suggest that you pursue a second opinion from a certified ASE mechanic in regards to your dissatisfaction. In the future, we hope that you will again provide us with an opportunity to earn your business.

Our hourly rate and parts markup is one of the lowest in our area. We do understand that pricing around the country can vary widely and it sounds like you may be from out of town.
