We recently purchased a 2008 Jeep Liberty from Gresham Dodge. It was our second purchase from this dealership.We had purchased a 1999 Chrysler T & C in 2000, & were EXTREMELY satisfied with it.From the time we got out of our car in the parking lot, we were treated by a friendly salesman,who,I regretfully,have forgotten his name.He showed us a vehicle,'similar' to what we were looking for, as they didn't have exactly what we'd been looking for. We went for a test drive,& upon our return,he took us inside to start our buying process.We'd had some financial difficulties in the past that we had worked through,& explained this to them up front.They assured us they would do all they could to get us the vehicle we wanted....& they did!!Will drew up the final paperwork,& we were on our way with our new car.But it didn't stop there.He called us yesterday to say he had enjoyed visiting with us so much,he decided we deserved more,& had managed to get our interest rate lowered a couple more points!We've never been treated so respectfully by salespeople before in the purchase of anything,& the experience is one we will never forget.We will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends.Don't change a thing!!! Did not like the car that much it had some problems but it reflected the price. Andrew was quick to find out about the financing on the car but since we did not have a whole lot down there was little he could do. What he did do though was explain if we wanted to try a newer car he could offer better financing and a lot less down, I was very skeptical but he was not! The whole time we were there they all were nothing but friendly and courteous and I still can't believe we drove off in a much better car with a rate lower than I have ever had in my entire life. I would highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be going back for all my service needs and for my next auto purchase. More

We researched the purchase of our new Durango on several dealers websites and found what we wanted and the price we wanted to pay at Gresham Dodge. Fred greeted us and when we showed him the printouts of th dealers websites and found what we wanted and the price we wanted to pay at Gresham Dodge. Fred greeted us and when we showed him the printouts of the two we would consider, he got the keys and we went directly to those cars. He was knowledgable about the car and the features. The special internet price was very good. We took it for a test drive filled out the papers and drove it home on that Sunday. William Hatton in the business office was very efficient and knowlegable. He was even able to register and issue DMV plates so we don't even have to go do that or wait for plates. This was the first time in our 46 years together that we have purchased a brand new car. Our experience at a couple of other dealers was not comfortable. Gresham Dodge was very comfortable. We never felt we were being scammed or played. We were not talked down to. No one tried to trade us up at any time. The information on warranty offers was very clearly and efficiently presented with no pressures at all. We will have no qualms about dealing with Gresham Dodge again. More

After we told him the car we were looking for he went and found it and brought it for a test drive. After, we went in and spoke with Andrew Suvanvej and Fred we negotiated the deal. They were extremely friendly and not pushy and it was a much better situation than I have had in the past with buying new cars. I did not feel pressured at all. After, William Hatton finished the paperwork and we were able to drive the car home on a Sunday. They were all great to work with and I would go back to Gresham Dodge and buy my next car. After several tries the problem couldn't be fixed and the manager (Tim) together with Chrysler warranty, decided to replace it with a new one (In a box). After replacing it, got home and next day I found out this was a broken one. Got it back to the Gresham Dodge and they said that there was a defected solenoid. All fixed, they said. It was not fixed. I Went back and Jim said the original problem was not the transmission but a loose hose clamp from the cooling system and the "new transmission in a box" was actually a used one. Now I got stuck with a broken transmission on my $45,000 truck. How can I trust these people? They lied to me, I will never go back there again. More
After going to several dealers, we decided to go to Gresham Dodge since we were extremely interested in a Dodge Journey. We did have a problem with the headlights about a week after the purchase but that was quickly taken care of at their service department. Our 2010 Dodge Journey is perfect for our family and we are still amazed about how smooth and comfortable it is out on the road. More
When I arrived on the lot, Gregory came out to greet me and I thought great, here comes the salesman. Another salesman, Burt came out and chatted, very freindly and talked about my truck and how well kept it was. Made me feel very good about the way I maintain my vehicles. Then Andrew came out and observed my truck and we started talking about what it was I was looking for, about the good price I would be given for my truck, "IF" I decided to trade it, because I was still looking. Andrew and I hit it off right from the start. He spend a lot of time with me, listened, and allowed me to build the desire to buy a new truck. Poor Gregory, he was so nice, that he deferred me to Andrew and went back inside. When I asked him if I had done or said something to make him leave, he said, "No, you just had a lot of sales people around (all looking at my 2003 Ram) that I didn't want you to feel over whelmed. Wow, How's that, my feelings were considered. Andrew asked the buying question, I said I had to talk with my wife, he said OK. I left came back that evening with my wife. Andrew then started to include her in the decision about the truck. My wife hit it off with him too! What a personalable guy! We finally decided (on a truck not even previously considered, but had Everything we wanted - We didn't have to settle), we then met Troy ("Lefty"), Sales Manager(?), who test drove my Ram, and Will the Finance Manager. I told them my finances, what I could afford and they applied every discount and rebate they could and even gave me Top $$$ for my trade in, plus, Will got me a GREAT interest rate. They didn't push any extras on me either. Overall, my sales experience with Gresham Dodge was Great. More
