I hate car salespeople till now. Let me just say I have bad anxiety over car salespeople!!! I think they are pushy, overbearing and just sleazy. That was until today. They were very pleasant to work with. Enrique was never pushy lets sit and make a deal type of salesman. He was very easy going and worked to get us a great car and the price we wanted to pay. Andrew was our finance man and he was very easy going and worked hard to get us the financing that we wanted. Over all I would recommend them to everyone. My opinion of car salespeople has been changed by these two great employees. More

Not so at Gresham Dodge. I had my down payment together and all of my information for financing and sent a contact mail late one evening on a 2014 Challenger R/T. Terry Soriano called me the very next morning and we discussed my situation. I had a 1994 Corvette and some down, but was afraid that I couldn't get financed because of my credit. He told me that I would be surprised at what they were able to do at this dealership. So, we set up to meet that weekend. My wife and I arrived on Saturday afternoon and took the Challenger for a test drive. All the while, I already knew I wanted it and financing would be the issue. Sunday we returned with the trade and the first part of the cash for the down payment. The remainder of the cash would be paid within a week from a cash out of some investments I had made. Will Hatton, Ron (forgot his last name), and Andrew Suvanvej in finance were able to work nothing less than a miracle in my eyes. Not only did they do better than the 20% interest quoted by other dealers, but they got it to under 8% with my BAD credit. I'm not saying that this would be possible for everyone, but it does show that they can make what might impossible turn to reality. I will never buy a car from any other dealer, used or new. These are my go to guys from now on. If you need a car and are being given payment horror stories by other dealers, go see these guys. You'll be glad you did! I got the payment I needed and had a great time when I was there. It was fast, and more like hanging out with family and old friends than buying a car. We even spent an hour or so after everything was done to just talk, joke , and laugh together. This wasn't just about the sale and making money for these guys, it was about doing the right thing. Gresham Dodge is truly the last honest dealer in the game. More

My experience with this dealership started with an email that worked into a phone call from Art Marambe to get more details about what I was interested in. Because I could not get to the dealership right a that worked into a phone call from Art Marambe to get more details about what I was interested in. Because I could not get to the dealership right away we started all the paperwork over the phone. When the amount offered for my trade in was SIGNIFICANTLY less than Kelley Blue Book wholesale value I questioned his numbers and voiced my concern that I wasn't getting what the car was worth. He then accused me of trying to steal from the dealership by asking for a lower than retail price on the Jeep that I was interested, which was completely false. We had not even reached that part of the discussion. Now, a couple weeks later I get an email from Art advertising a local bar - nothing related to the dealership. Just an email with a link to the bar's website. He has now used my email for person reasons. His professionalism, customer service and work ethics are completely lacking. I will never recommend anyone working with that dealership just for the fact that they hired Art Marambe. I have since made a vehicle purchase at another dealership where they were actually friendly, didn't accuse me of stealing from them and I ended up spending more money than I had anticipated. A much better experience and a better more expensive car to boot and I couldn't be happier. Your loss Art. What would your commission have been??? More

Art was quick to respond to my internet request and courteous enough to invite me in up front! Even though, because of my circumstances, I was unable to purchase a 1500 right away, Art went way out of courteous enough to invite me in up front! Andrew, the Sales Manager did a great job backing him up and Will put some time in with the banks to try and get it done with my negative equity! All in all, if you are looking for a dealer group to really go the extra mile to make sure you get what you are looking for, call in and ask for Art. Took my Challenger to another dealership, and they didn't know what kind of oil to use. So we decided to go to Gresham Dodge etc where we bought the car. They serviced it in a very timely manner, and didn't know what kind of oil to use. So we decided to go to Gresham Dodge etc where we bought the car. Sales man was very professional and very accommodating to my families needs. My wife does not like to go to car dealerships and she was very sick the night I went out looking for a car.
