We asked to have the interior wiped clean because it was sticky. They failed to clean what was asked even after promising it would be done. Needed warranty work and and while in I wanted an oil and filter change.All instructions were on the envelope you are asked to fill out with the key. I’m not going into all the things that went wrong, because it all went wrong. When I got there that night to pick it up nothing was done. Disgusted, I walked out. The next morning I called the service manager and left polite messages. He called me back. I want to say that the response I got from Jeremy the service manager was more than enough to make my attitude about the service department do a 180. He went above and beyond. Honestly though anyone would deserve it after what had happened. I would and will do business with them again. Absolutely a satisfied customer. More
