In two visits to this dealership, one 18 months ago and one during the month of October 2026 I experienced the same treatment from management. On each visit I was offered $12,000 less than market value for one during the month of October 2026 I experienced the same treatment from management. On each visit I was offered $12,000 less than market value for a trade in vehicle. Market value in both cases was the amount the vehicles were sold for by a secondary dealer. This translates into an attempt by management at this dealership to capture an 18% to 20% profit from those trade in vehicles. I've given this dealership two opportunities to make a vehicle sale and was forced to purchase at dealerships out of the Gresham area. I would avoid this dealership. One bad experience could be a one off but two bad experiences of the same type indicates a pattern of attempting to rip off potential clients. More
