I was greeted by Mr. Blumberg with a friendly personality. He was quite knowledgeable with the car we ended up getting witch was a 2006 Honda Civic. We have been quite pleased with this car and his service. I would recommend Griener Ford and Mr. Blumberg. More
I worked with Mr. Blumberg and Mr. Rofus on a deal to trade in my Ford F20 Super Duty and buy a new F150. After we had worked through the potential deal I provided a $500 check deposit awaiting delivery trade in my Ford F20 Super Duty and buy a new F150. After we had worked through the potential deal I provided a $500 check deposit awaiting delivery of the vehicle. Conditions changed before arrival of the vehicle and I withdrew from the deal. Now at 21 days I cannot get a return check from Greiner Ford, nor will anyone return my calls. I have visited the dealership twice and have been assured the refund is in process. But, I have not received any notice, call or check at this time. More
We took our '09 F250 diesel truck in due to the heater not working and am now being told the heater hoses were faulty. The hoses need to be replaced with a different design hose...faulty design. T heater not working and am now being told the heater hoses were faulty. The hoses need to be replaced with a different design hose...faulty design. The work is not covered under the warrenty. The bill is $500. I find it difficult to believe that the original design hoses are not covered and the work is worth $500. To add insult Michelle, asst service manager was rude and condisending when questioned about the intelligence of her statements and the quality of the original hoses as to why they should fail within four years....no explanation other than to debate the fact that my spouse authorized the repair and the deal was done. BUYER BEWARE!!! This company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and for good reason! They never responded to our concerns and didn't even answer any of the customer complaints on BBB. A comp Better Business Bureau and for good reason! They never responded to our concerns and didn't even answer any of the customer complaints on BBB. A complete disregard for their customers! I am not a hard person to please but I felt that after being treated the way we had by both the Service Manager, Andrew Savoy, and the Vice President, Pete Greiner, I have to let everyone know what a horrible company this is. Ford Headquarters is also being made aware of the many issues with this company. The technicians do not know what they are doing and completely misdiagnosed a problem on our Ford Explorer. Now I am out $900 and have to pay $4,000 to have my transmission replaced only two days after they worked on my vehicle. The dealership I had to take my Explorer to also could not believe what shaby work Greiner Ford had done and said any trained technician would have known how to work on my vehicle. This company is run with complete disregard to customers. They have no integrity whatsoever. Stay away at all costs! More

My husband spoke to the salesman (Dan) several times and make it perfectly clear that we lived in Pueblo Co and was not able to see the vehicle in person. I made it perfectly clear to Charlotte Zaremba that I needed her to be honest with me about all the little details with this vehicle because of the fact that I couldn’t see the vehicle in person. She promised me she was sitting in the van as we spoke and she was telling me things that were wrong with the van. I told her that the pictures on the internet were not really showing much. She said that the driver seat was fraid and that the stain on the seat looked like it would come out when they detailed it. I asked her if this vehicle would pass a Colorado state inspection for a child care van. She said yes and promised that there was not going to be anything else wrong with the van when it arrived in Colorado. First the price we agreed, on the dealership made the deal and then said they would NOT honor it, due to the fact we couldn’t be there Monday to pick it up. We were angry because we told them from the beginning that we lived in Colorado and that the van had to be picked up by a trucking company and brought here. They ended up keeping the deal after many emails and phone calls. When the van arrived in Colorado it was NOTHING like they promised on the phone. The passenger side back door was broken, their was dents all around the van, scratches all over, the inside the arm rest was broken in the backseat as well as seatbelts. The vehicle was fifthly!!! There was trash all over and the doors had something spilled all over them. It was disgusting! I called and spoke with Phil Schmidt the owner and he refused to make things right because I purchased the van as is. That dealership gets the Presidents Award for customer service and I think that is unfair due to how they treated us. If you value your money and care about how you are treated…think twice about purchasing a Vehicle from this dealership. Thank you Crystal Boutilier More

Lost my vehicle, got it stuck up on a lift for two days, employees laughed at me for returning to Greiner, up to 3 trips in to correct some repairs, underqualified employees working on my vehicle (service e employees laughed at me for returning to Greiner, up to 3 trips in to correct some repairs, underqualified employees working on my vehicle (service employees excact words), filled out a rediculous work sheet on, How Leasing A Vehicle Is Better Than Buying , to hear the salesman say you should buy one. Numerous employees saying "I don't see why you come back to us". My reply is " Things Can Only Get Better", but they never seem to! Tore off my bug deflector. Gave me a couple of "Free" wash and vacumes, bad wash jobs and NO Vacume at all. VERY BAD SEVICE, VERY BAD!!! More
