I've always rated very high until now. Took 2 hours for oil change (The works) and I was the 1st one in line that morning. Should have been told that they changed things up and now they only have 1 technician from 7 to 8am. Well next time I will make an appointment for 7am, and then I only have to show up a couple of minutes before appointment not at 6:30 am to be 1st. In line. We will see what happens next time. More

He made an initial offer that was more beneficial to his agency but was willing to take my counter-offer to his boss for review. Additonally, Mr. Cooper walked me through the computer menu system and called a few days after the sale to see if I had any further questions. Laura in finance was equally cooperative, informative, and helpful. She asked questions about my specific driving habits and found a warranty program that worked for me. Overall, my experience at Greiner Ford was exceptional! More

The Service Department was able to get me scheduled in very quickly when the 4WD went out of my2018 F150. They diagnosed the problem quickly & worked with extended warranty to get repairs done.
