My review is factual and reflects my experience. As an out-of-state buyer, the dealership knew we were committed to the purchase, yet additional charges appeared during final paperwork—including a $500 out-of-state fee, the IKON service box (even when declined), and a lower-than-expected trade-in value. While these fees are relatively small, they are telling of the dealership’s practices and how out-of-state buyers can be taken advantage of. If the dealership genuinely intends to review or address these issues, they are welcome to reach out. Otherwise, this review accurately reflects my experience and is intended to help future buyers make informed decisions.
