In August I purchased a 2016 Q70L. On the we-owe, they were supposed to fix the front end. That was a stipulation of the sale. They only replaced a control arm and called it fixed. The car still had major alignment and knocking issues in the suspension. They agreed to swap me out because Joey knew the car was not working properly. They tried to show me that the issue was on all Q70L's but when they went to show me another vehicle, the issue was not able to be duplicated. This is 2 weeks later. I get the q50 and 1 week into ownership my heated seats and steering wheel don't work. I went back to the store and argued with the service for 16 minutes over the fact it didn't work. They kept trying to show me with an inferred thermometer that the temp was fine but it never got above 90 degrees. Obviously not working. Body temperature is much higher than that. So they finally agree there is an issue and to fix it. Then my car starts shaking when I accelerate. I bring it in and they have a tech ride with me, Kevin. He sees the issue. He acknowledges what I show him while driving. The vibrating. They take my car in and see what's up. I get a call stating it is the valve body in the transmission. Ok. Great. Let's fix it. It's covered under my CPO warranty. We'll 2 weeks into them having my car, they call me and ask to say they need the loaner car back. They wanted me to drive my car while the part came in. With a damaged transmission. I had to fight and get the GM Joey involved in order to keep the loaner and not further damage my transmission. As they only replaced one component, not the whole unit. 4 weeks later. I get a call it's done. I go pick it up and it's still vibrating. Also, I noticed quickly that the mileage that I brought it in with was the same as the mileage when I drove it out. THEY NEVER TEST DROVE MY CAR AFTER THEY DID THE WORK. I turn around 10 minutes after I notice the same issue and went back to the store. Kevin the Tech rides again with me. I show him the same e issue and he starts telling me that this issue is different than I stated before. It wasn't, isn't. Then the Tech proceed to raise his voice and tell me I was trying to fit free service.....with a car with a warranty. I told him that we just have a disagreement, that the issue is the same for me. We must have felt two different issues at first and that I wasn't trying to get free service. He started screaming at me about the same thing, that I am changing my story and I want free service. I drove back to the store with a screaming tech in my passenger seat. When I got back I was told they won't fix anything. That I need to go to a different dealer. Greg Mauro, the owner of this store. Buyer beware! I recently purchased a preowned 2021 Audi S5 (over $70K) and had it delivered out of state. I had 3 issues. First, when I called to inquire on the vehicle I was told the prices are "haggle fr S5 (over $70K) and had it delivered out of state. I had 3 issues. First, when I called to inquire on the vehicle I was told the prices are "haggle free" I agreed to the price. The next day I was told that all of their cars come with aftermarket paint and interior protection and the price was actually $1300 more than they advertised. Shady for sure (can't believe that's even legal) but the car had the options I want and inventory is scarce so I agreed to purchase (shame on me). Issue #2: the 2021 car showed up without an owners manual or the Audi unique ID which you need to access the tech in the car- had to order one from Germany (at my expense) so will be 6 weeks with no navigation or radio. BTW- replacement owners manuals are $500 on eBay. I asked for their help in finding the owners manual and they set me a link to Audi's web site- was not their problem. Lastly (and the biggest issue) because I never saw the car in person I asked for an inspection and specifically asked about paint chips and wheel rash. I was told the car had no imperfections which sounds reasonable since the car is nearly new. The car delivered with 7 pronounced paint chips on the hood. I immediately sent a video to the sales manager Joey Gesualdo showing the paint chips and asked that they pay to repair. He said cars are sold as is and he personally inspected the car and it was fine. I have purchased cars all over the US and have never had an experience like this. I would strongly urge you to think twice before doing business with this dealership. More

I had called ahead but was pleasantly surprised to see the car right in the front of the building, ready for our inspection and test drive. Bradley was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical car sales person, we were comfortable for the whole process. Buy or don’t, ask for Bradley you will not be disappointed.. we did buy and so far are really happy that we did. More
