I had an excellent experience with the service team at Gregorys Subaru, especially with Peter Beyer. I was having an issue with my car when the starter stopped working and my vehicle completely shut down. Gregorys Subaru, especially with Peter Beyer. I contacted the service department, and they immediately advised me to contact roadside assistance and provided me with the appropriate phone number. Roadside assistance was able to help me get the car started so I could bring it in for service. When I arrived, Peter Beyer was very warm, welcoming, and professional. He made sure I was taken care of and even arranged for me to have a vehicle while my car was being inspected and serviced. Throughout the entire process, Peter took the time to communicate with me and explain what was happening with my vehicle. The team determined that my automatic starter system was causing the battery to drain and explained how the system could shut the vehicle off when the brake was applied. Peter explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the issue, the steps being taken, and what needed to be done to resolve it. I truly appreciated Peter’s kindness, patience, professionalism, and excellent communication. He went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and satisfied with the service. The entire service team was helpful and courteous, but Peter really stood out because he took the time to make sure all my questions were answered.
