Very bad experience that did put my life in danger I did bring my car in to replace the front brakes and the technician who worked on my car didn't torque the lugnuts and wheel lock which resulted in m I did bring my car in to replace the front brakes and the technician who worked on my car didn't torque the lugnuts and wheel lock which resulted in my car breaking down on the highway and towing them to the service center .they gave me lame excuses and made me pay for the bill of around $430 and suggested another repairs of close to $2500 . My life was in danger on the highway just because somebody didn't do their job right More
THE WORST Came to Nissan for a basic oil change. Waited 3.5 hours and I was the 5th car outside at 7am. When I asked how much longer the woman WHO CHECKED ME IN Came to Nissan for a basic oil change. Waited 3.5 hours and I was the 5th car outside at 7am. When I asked how much longer the woman WHO CHECKED ME IN (and never asked) replied "we thought you were leaving you car" meanwhile I've been sitting in the waiting room the entire time and have seen her 6+ times since I've sat down. They advertise buy one get one oil changes but if you have a coupon discounting the oil change it doesn't count so you'll have to still pay full price next time. Had a recall on my passenger airbag no one contacted me about it, my father brought my car in for service and he was told someone would contact me about coming in no one ever did. After calling 5+ times trying to schedule appointments and contact the dealership and reporting issues via the online service request STILL no one contacted me. Moral of the story, don't buy a Nissan buy something worth your time. More
Complete Ripp off. I regret going to this place. This place is a rip off. I had my wheel bearings replaced and got charged $500.00 !!! I then started to do research and come to find out they charged me over 400.00 for an hour and half of labor. The part was less than 100 bucks. Do your homework before you go here or any other nissan service center. BUT DO NOT GO THIS SERVICE CENTER!! More
Great Service from Service Department Had a problem with my Altima while visiting Long Island (from Virginia). The drivers door interior handle stopped working. I couldn't get out of the car, without climbing to the passenger side. Called Gregoris service first thing the next morning, and they were able to fit me in. Thought I might be there for a while, but I was in and out within 90 minutes! This service department is not as fancy as some of the larger dealerships, but they are more than qualified to handle Nissan repairs. Thanks for getting me back on the road. More
Don't go there for a car I thought I could trust them, My daughter has spent more in repairs than she has spent in loan payments. She has car 8 weeks. They cracked the glass area above the radio and say they are not responsible and refuse to fix it. They took out the radio after we jumped the car due to a dead battery and said radio cannot be fixed. At any rate what about the crack they did it. The strut cracked the first month, battery died, and now the radio. Kept the car a whole complete day to do a wheel alignment and then we were told that night there machine was broken and didn't do it. The car is a piece of garbage I didn't think they would sell such garbage expected more, please don't go there. Interest on loan was so high they promised lower until we went to sign papers. Big con artists. The only satisfaction for me now would be if they took car back. Six year loan for a car that will most likely be dead next year. They are way over priced and should base price on condition of car. We trusted them please don't do it... More

Far and away my best car buying experience ever. I dealt with Dennis Mandel, who is a true professional and made the entire experience enjoyable while getting a great price on a new car. This was a welcome change after visiting some other local dealers and working with "salespeople" whose only skills appeared to be sending over some manager with even less sales skills.. I would highly recommend dealing with Gregoris Nissan, which is a business obviously built more on customer service and relationships, than other dealers who focus on boilerroom tactics to try and take advantage of the highest number of customers each day More
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I walked in last Sunday and there were no customers in the dealership. All of the employees were sitting at one desk chatting. I explained that I wanted to finance th Sunday and there were no customers in the dealership. All of the employees were sitting at one desk chatting. I explained that I wanted to finance the car that I have been leasing for the last 3 years. The salesman told me I had to make an appointment. I asked him if I could discuss it with someone now since there were no customers in the dealership. He said " I understand that but you have to make an appointment". I guess he wasn't in the mood to help us so we had to make an appointment for a day he was in a better mood. Gregoris Nissan will never get my business for sales or service. I ended up going to Five Towns Nissan where the sales staff was excellent. Don't waste your time going here, it make be the salesman's "off" day. More
Nick was ok--nice guy--but I guess they really did not want to sell me a car because I thought I was asking for a reasonable price(I got the car later at an even lower price without really haggling). But they told me that the color I wanted was more expensive because the car was built after the Tsunami in Japan had occurred and the color they wanted me to buy was built before and therefore less expensive.
