We live in Omaha and had a few decisions to make about our existing car so I told him I would get back to him. Bryan said ok and, while I fully expected a barrage of calls, texts, and emails from him, he left it at that. When we were ready to drive to Lincoln to see the car we were already half-way sold on making a purchase simply because we loved Bryan’s no pressure attitude. When we arrived we fell in love with the car, were offered a more than fair trade-in amount for our car, and we drove our new car home within 2 hours. No pressure sales, great buying experience I initially went to Bigler to just test drive a few vehicles I research online, although I did bring the title to my trade-in with me just in case. I I initially went to Bigler to just test drive a few vehicles I research online, although I did bring the title to my trade-in with me just in case. I brought my dad along so I had someone to discuss the pros and cons of the vehicles I was test driving. I appreciate the initial hands-off sales approach. I arrived at the dealership around 1:30 p.m. on a Saturday, walked around the lot sitting in several of the vehicles and taking a tour of the entire lot. On my second time through the lot, Chris came out and introduced himself and asked if I had any questions, at that point I did have a couple of questions, which Chris answered. Chris explained that all the vehicles were unlocked, with the keys inside so that I could start up the vehicle to see how it sounded. Once I was ready, I headed inside and gave Chris my info and asked a few questions related to the car I ended up purchasing. He answered all my questions and even printed off the Car Fax to explain the concerns I had, which ended up not being a concern. I test drove several vehicles and before each test drive, Chris had started up the car to cool it off while I was out driving cars (it was a hot day). Throughout the process, Chris was close by to answer any questions I had, but wasn't hovering or pressuring me into something I didn't want. Once I made my decision, the rest of the time was spent getting the paperwork in order. During this time, Chris was personable and reaffirmed my decision to purchase my vehicle through Bigler. It's only been a couple of days since I traded-in my Dodge Charger for a Chrysler 300S and based on my experience with Chris and Bigler Motors, I have no buyers remorse. This is my third vehicle purchase from Bigler and there will be more to come in the future. We ended up buying the vehicle we wanted at a price we felt was fair. We also met with Eric Bigler and were equally impressed with him. After we had bought the car they had to bring us the title to the DMV when we were registering the car. I would have been very easy to just hand over the title and walk away, but the gentleman (I forgot his name) stayed with my wife to help her with the entire registering process since she had never done this in the US before. Lets be honest buying a car can be stressful but Bigler did everything and more to get rid of any stress involved. The next time we need to buy a car I know this will be the first and only place I check. More

Male chauvinistic pig I bought my 1st veh at bigler and at 1st they were amazing.. 2 weeks after i had the veh i was driving and the muffler just fell off and it got super I bought my 1st veh at bigler and at 1st they were amazing.. 2 weeks after i had the veh i was driving and the muffler just fell off and it got super load I took it back to them and they said mufflers dont just fall off i had to hit something which I didn't so i was forced to pay for the muffler on my 2 week old veh.. while they had it in for repairs I had a loaner the loaner was scratched without my knowledge while i had it as soon as the general manager saw the damage and pointed it out I said I would pay for repairs asked for payment arrangements... the manager then told me i couldn't leave and called a girl over that was cleaning a car and had her write up a quote for 350 bucks and he demanded payment now I told him I couldn't pay that all at once and now I was held hostage as they still had the keys to my lemon that the muffler fall off of and this guy told me he needed that payment and I needed to call someone with a c.f. to pay the 350 scratched bumper and I didn't hace anyone with a credit card so at this point in going to be late for work and I felt abused badgered by the chauvinistic pig and went to the restroom and cried where he stood gaurd outside the door like i was a criminal under arrest!!then I was forced into his office where he tried to lecture me about moral which I don't think he has himself I then was forced to sign an agreement that he typed up himself stating i would pay in full the quote the girl washing cars created in 4 days... at that point my car was pulled up and I was finally released from the imprisonment and bully tactics that prickell enforced on me!! I ran from the building as he followed me still trying to lecture me so i may have said a few choice words towards him.. finally I jumped in my brand new car and the Chase was over.. until i drove my car and there was a super loud noise still I assumed was the muffler....i called bigler the next day to ask the name of muffler shop and was denied that info by the same man who so aggressively pursued me the day before... now jump to current I took my car into omaha dealer to have them diagnose the loud noise so now I've owned the veg 2 months...the diagnostics are the veg needs 1600$ worth of work that isn't covered by the extended warranty i bought when I purchased the veh has bad struts all 4 tires are bare one with a slit in sidewall and a bulge and broken belt bad serpentine belt as well... So the omaha dealership could only shake there head at the state of my brand new veh and apologized for prickell for the way he treated me since not ever was that done from the actual bully aka male chauvinistic pig! Worst experience ever and will never go back to this bigler lot aka xxxx More
