Long drawn out hassle and lack of compassion. Long story short. Bought a used truck with high mileage. Knew it was as is when we bought it. Things happen. Expected at least a year before issues. Did not even get home before engine light came on. Called next business day. Talked to Brough with finance and was told pretty much too bad, you bought it as is, we can't help you. (Weren't expecting to return truck or get free work done on it, but a little more compassion would have been nice.) Took to our mechanic. Basically ended up engine needed to be replaced. Truck sat for 3-4 months. Ended up having Bigler replace the engine, not just once, but twice and still leaking oil. In the 10 months since wee bought it, it has sat or been in the shop, more than we have driven it. Though I will admit we did finally find out that they paid for some of the repair work, but they did not tell us until we had a falling out. Jared, their head mechanic was the only bright spot to the whole ordeal. Will never buy from again. More

Awesome Out-of-State Buying Experience Never purchased a car out of state before, but Bigler had the vehicle no one else had (low mile '14 Mustang GT w/ glass roof). I was quite skeptical going in that I'd ultimately by the car from Bigler since if I decided to buy the vehicle, I'd be traveling from Wisconsin to Lincoln Nebraska to pick it up and then drive it 8+ hours back. Fortunately for me, Bryan Luly was my contact at Bigler - he was fantastic. If he was the template for all car salespeople they wouldn't have the reputation that they do. Bryan was always responsive, knowledgeable, and I never had the feeling he was anything but open and honest with me. He was also quite helpful in arranging for a 3rd party vehicle inspection, and even picked me up from the airport in Lincoln when I flew in to pick up the vehicle. Given my travel back to Wisconsin, I asked that we try to minimize the time required to execute the purchase at the dealership, and I don't think it even took 10 minutes. The car in person was just as good as I was led to believe online & via email, no surprises. Certainly my best car buying experience. No games, great car, good deal, awesome buying process. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Bigler and Bryan especially. More
