Found a nice looking car at the dealership. Salesman seemed friendly, but since purchasing the car have had no follow up from him to see if we were satisfied. They were supposed to contact me about a re seemed friendly, but since purchasing the car have had no follow up from him to see if we were satisfied. They were supposed to contact me about a repair included in the deal. Have yet to hear from them. Was also promised a second remote. Have not received it yet. Further was told the remote I was given only needed a battery. Not true, opened that remote and the “guts” of it are gone. All I received was a shell. I will hold further comments until the dealer responds to make things right, if they do. More

Easy purchase. HORRIBLE service center!!!!! Bought my truck 2 months ago and the third month they have had my truck in the shop. I did all the research and passed on the information. Andy didn’t look int truck 2 months ago and the third month they have had my truck in the shop. I did all the research and passed on the information. Andy didn’t look into any of it and it turns out I was spot on! As of now I have no idea where my truck is either. Dropped it off here in Lincoln, they said they might need to take it to Anderson Ford, instead they shipped it to Omaha somewhere and then that dealership has since sent it somewhere else. It’s a joke! Communication is a joke! I’m stuck paying the bill and have NO IDEA where my truck is. Think twice before taking your vehicle there for any maintenance. More
