My first thought was Eric Bigler. I went to Bigler Motors, explained to Bill Gauthier what we was wanting to purchase. Bill took the information. And through my annoying phone calls and changing this and that (as a women will do), They found IT. The Perfect Cadillac, exactly what we wanted. Bill treated us like we was VIP's. When we sit down to do the financing, there was never any back and forth over the price. They gave us a fair price, first thing. We didn't have to sit and haggle over the price at all. WOW!!! They detailed the vehicle and My husband picked it up a few days later, when he got it home, it looked like "a shiny piece of Jewelry" sitting in our drive way. I searched for the vehicle I wanted in Wheels For You. Everytime I did a search for the vehicle I wanted, it lead me to the EXACT one and it was located at Bigler Motors. I called and had the opportunity in speaking with Bryan from their sales team. I told him what I wanted, what I could afford & what I had for a trade in. After giving him the information he needed, he told me that he would call me back before the end of the day with what he could do for me! This was from information that he collected over the phone!!?? I couldn't believe that a car dealership did that! It wasn't even an hour later and he was calling me back to let me know what he could offer me! I couldn't help but be even more impressed! Being a novice at the trading/buying game, he was patient and understanding with every question and concern I had. It was refreshing to be treated in such a positive manner. My husband and I decided to go to Lincoln and head to Bigler for a test drive. Bryan planned on our visit and upon our arrival the car was out front and ready to go! After a visit and discussing our options we were THRILLED to learn they would be able to beat the trade in price we expected and they gave us an offer we couldn't refuse. In the process of our paperwork (which is the quickest I have ever endured) we had the opportunity to visit with owner Eric Bigler. I explained to him how impressed I was with his staff and that I would definitely be recommending Bigler to everyone I know.He was VERY gracious and appreciative of our comments. Just when I thought that things couldn't get any better, he said that Bigler would be replacing the windshield for us for FREE due to a small chip in it. Obviously, I left the Bigler car dealership with a huge smile on my face! After arriving home, there was the question of when the oil change is due on my vehicle that we failed to ask. After doing a detailed search, Bryan came to the phone and told me that it was due to go in on the follwing Monday. I told him that I appreciated his help with yet ANOTHER question and thanked him again for his help in gettin me the car I wanted. BUT, before I could hang up with him, he stated that Bigler would be happy to offer the oil change for the car for FREE!!! Yep....FREE! I didn't know that it was possible to have the type of experience at a car dealership that we did at BIGLER! So, to Eric Bigler, Bryan Luly & Tim Tonner, we are not only appreciative, but also gracious for making our car purchasing experience very easy & enjoyable. We will NOT look anywhere else when looking for future vehicles, because we know the way to BIGLER MOTORS. If you are looking for a quality vehicle at a reasonable price and with customer service that is above and beyond the 5 star rating?? Give the staff at Bigler Motors a call! You will NOT be sorry! I am one happy driver of a 2009 Chevy Equinox!!! More

I went in to dealership after weeks of research. I knew what I was willing to pay and with in 10 minutes of driving car we made a deal! I opened up one of those dealer papers friday morning at I opened up one of those dealer papers friday morning at work and saw the car i have been dreaming about for the past five years... so instantly cal I opened up one of those dealer papers friday morning at work and saw the car i have been dreaming about for the past five years... so instantly called my banker and got a check for what i needed to run out to lincoln to pick the car up. My wife and i live in hemingford so it was going to take about 7 hourse to get there and we were going ot have to do it on the following day and we were not going to make it during the regular business hours so it was awesome that dave and Bigler were going to stick around as long as we needed to get the deal done. The guys were great, they had our car out front waiting for us ans it made us feel great... we love the car even more then we had hoped to... thanks to them for a great expierence and we will look for them again when it comes to getting a car for our kids... This was the most painless experience ever. We had viewed a car online and stopped out for a test drive and an hour later were driving off of the lot with our new (to us) car.
