We had a great experience at Bigler Motors. The Sales guy (Bill) was friendly and helpful. He wasn't hard to deal w/ and he wasn't pushy, which we really appreciate. Tim explained the documents to us, worked on an interest rate (he even called the lender and got us a lower rate b/c we had a competitor's rate!) and answered all of our questions. Even when we had to have my car back to have some minor scheduled service to it he promised a loaner car for the day, his OWN in fact! If we could get one From the lot. My overall experience with Bigler Motors is near the "great" rating. I worked with Bryan in sales. I am from a different state and sent an "Interest e-mail" about a car late one evening. Bryan responded "great" rating. I worked with Bryan in sales. I am from a different state and sent an "Interest e-mail" about a car late one evening. Bryan responded early the next morning and we exchanged a few e-mails. He was very prompt and helpful. We spoke on the phone and he was well informed about the car in which I was interested. I asked several questions and he got the answers and called me back. When we completed "the deal" mostly over the phone I scheduled a trip to NE. Brough called later to give information that the car was in an incident which was not reported on the carfax. I appreciated that. Bigler took the car to a shop for some work on minor details and was ready when promised. Both Brough and Bryan said that the car was given a multi-point inspection and it was in terrific shape. At the dealership, I noticed that there was no spare tire. Tim arranged for one to be placed in the trunk compartment. Working with Tim was fast. It only took 30 minutes from start to finish to drive off in the new car. I was very satisfied, especially with Bryan. The very next day, the "check engine" light came on. I thought, "Oh no...I just bought a big problem." I checked and the coolant level was low. So much for the multi-point inspection. I don't know if it was really done or not. The light went off, then came on again; then went off again. So I'm a little nervous about it. Overall, I would give Bigler an A. My experience was better than good and Bryan was great. I would use Bigler again in the future, even driving 8 hours to deal with them. More

After driving through a few lots where the salesmen ran out trying to stop our car to talk to us, we drove into Bigler Motors and got to look at a few cars with out being bothered. We asked Bryan if he would help us look at a few cars we were looking at and he also recommended some we hadn't seen but might be something we would be interested in. We came back the following Saturday from Grand Island, and Bryan had the car we chose cleaned and ready to go for us. The whole sales and trade-in went very well. Even met a friend of mines brother who works there. We took the car home and had a minor problem. We called Bryan and told him what it was and he arranged for us to bring the car back and they would take care of it. We came back and Bryan had arranged service for us and even gave us a loner car that we could use for a few hours while they were working on our car. I can't say enough about Bryan and the rest of the staff in what they did for us through the whole process. Never a bitter word and always concerned of our well being. I would highly recommend this dealer to my family and friends knowing they would be treated the same way. No high pressure selling and people you can shake hand with and feeling good about the whole experience. I will remember this as a very fond and exciting business transaction. More
