The entire experience was positive with no pressure. From my initial phone conversation with Mick, to making the purchase with Bryan, to financing with Tim. I have been accustomed to pressure, games, and my initial phone conversation with Mick, to making the purchase with Bryan, to financing with Tim. I have been accustomed to pressure, games, and price adjustments with all my dealings on automobiles when purchasing from other dealers. With this purchase none of the above happened. The dealings were pleasant, straight forward, and above board. It was quite pleasant to experience a purchase with good honest people that go out of there way to help and do business. I will highly recommend Bigler Motors in the future. More
I've always dreaded car shopping because of bad experiences we had at other dealerships. The last vehicle we bought was a six hours process where we were moved from room to room and pressured into experiences we had at other dealerships. The last vehicle we bought was a six hours process where we were moved from room to room and pressured into buying extras that we really didn't want. At Bigler Motors it was a totally different experience. We found the vehicle that we wanted at the price we wanted. Never once did we feel pressured into buying something that we didn't want. It was a refreshing experience purchasing our truck from Bigler Motors. I'm from a small town and Bigler's reminded me of the way businees is done in a small town. More

During a relocation to Lincoln from the East coast my previous family owned vehicle died on the highway in Iowa. After arriving in Lincoln late that night, Bill set up a vehicle for me from Bigler that I purchased the next day at noon. The transaction was so fast and swift from selecting, purchasing and setting up insurance it was flawless and the vehicle is solid and dependable. Losing my vehicle the previous day to owning a quality vehicle from Bigler the next day made a very awful situation a quality, satisfying experience that reduced an extremely stressful situation to a positive experience. Thanks Bill for the help putting us in a quality vehicle during an awful situation. After the last time I had purchased a used car, I was very nervous purchasing another one. I was looking for something that I wouldn't have to fix a month later and was within my budget. Bob and Mick were great and made it very easy for me to feel comfortable after I had explained to them my situation and that I need a car that day and they were very patient with me not knowing what I wanted. My dad said he feels a lot better with me purchasing a car from them then any other dealer we dealt with that day. I will always suggest to my friends and anyone to buy a car from the boys at Bigler. Mick was outstanding while helping us purchase our range rover. He gracefully walked us through the process while I was wearing boxing gloves during the negotiation process...ha ha. If you are in the market for a different vehicle, or even just browsing like I was, check them out. I was able to ask questions, get answers quickly, & purchase a vehicle that I was confident suited my family. I'd recommend talking to Bob Settell for sales, and Mick Luly & Dave Jackson for any necessary financing. As a side note, I must also mention that my son was a part of the process and he feels like he has 4 new best friends. So not only do they focus on the purchaser, they also keep the family in mind. August 24, 2012 Dear Broughm, I wanted to extend my true, heartfelt appreciation in your customer service, and taking care of our situation. You got us in the van that we intended to have all along. As you know, this road has been long, and arduous. Our 2005 Toyota Sienna had transmission issues when we picked it up. I brought it back to you, and when we drove it together, you discovered them also. You made no feeble attempt to dodge, or dance around the issue and you simple said, “...we’ve got to make this right.” You had it inspected, thoroughly, at multiple places to make sure the issue was handled completely; not just barely on the surface, to appease me, but to make sure the transmission was taken care of 100%. That incurred a huge expense to you for you had to replace the whole transmission completely. You did it without hesitation, or regret, because you knew that was what had to be done. Integrity in a car dealer, and their reputation, is paramount. I truly believe I can trust you to get me into any used car for the rest of my life. I am a small business owner, and I do not have to explain to you that word of mouth, and character of standing is vital to being successful. I simply want to write you and tell you how impressed I was with the way you handled this situation. I will tell anyone in earshot to go to Bigler Motors, and I will tell them why.
