We stoped by the deler Friday around 5:00pm to look at a car we found on line. We liked the car and made aragenments for a test drive on Saturday. When I walked into the dealership Bryan came out side to help me out. The car that I wanted was sold. He was very friendly and showed me other options and I ended up with a different car. My over all experience at Bigler was good because when I am buying a car I want the dealer to stand by their product(car). When I was about to drive of with my new car a engine check light came on. I got super worried and went back in to talk with Bryan but he was with another client. While I was waiting, the owner of the place Eric Bigler came out and asked me if I needed any help and I explained the problem. He gave me his word that whatever it is he would pay for. It was 8pm and he told me to come back another day. We never signed anything saying that he would fix it. Next week I came back and there was a car waiting for me so I could drive while my car was being fixed. Next day I picked up my car I still working good. Bryan and Eric are excellent salesman and because of that I would recommend other to buy here. More

We bought a beautiful Escalade from them on October 19. 2012. A couple of weeks later, the rear wiper quit working, as did the heated seats. I took it up to them, and because we have three small children, they gave me a very nice Yukon XL Denali to drive while they fixed our Escalade. They ended up having to replace the module under the seats, so I had their Yukon for almost a week! They even offered to reimburse me for the gas I had to put in it! Once our Escalade was fixed, I returned the Yukon to them, and they did not charge us A DIME for the repairs on the Escalade! I highly recommend this dealership due to their excellent customer service! More

It had just been detailed inside and out... so much so that I actually spilled a bag of beef jerky between the seats on my ride home and I didn't even second guess myself to eat it right off of the floor.
