This was our first experience of purchasing a vehicle from an out of state dealer and sight unseen. Needless to say, everyone we spoke to at Bigler made us feel like we were a long time valued customer. Mick and Bryan were our first contacts. They helped us negotiate the price, sent us pictures and provided all the information we needed to satisfy ourselves that this vehicle was what we wanted. Tim in finance was quick to provide us the documentation needed to complete the transaction. Mick put us in touch with Don at RoadWarriors to have the car transported to Washington State from Nebraska, and at our request, photos were taken as it was loaded onto the trailer. Brough also followed up to make sure we had communication from Road Warriors during the trip . Our Mustang arrived unscathed as promised and met all of our expectations. If we ever have the opportunity to deal with Bigler again, we certainly would and highly recommend them to anyone that is considering purchasing a vehicle. More

Bob Settell at Bigler Motors is very friendly and helpful. He was going out of his way and then some to make sure I was getting the best deal. Upon arriving on the lot, Brent Pickrell came out introduced himself and offered assistance. I told him that I wanted a car under $10,000.00. There were multiple vehicles that was sufficient, but this one car caught my attention. He agreed that it was great car, thus it had been used by the dealership and well maintained. He encouraged me to take it on a test drive. I gave a copy of my license and off I went. I was expecting him to ride along like most dealerships, but he did not. This action made me feel trusted. When I got back after about 30 minutes, he was there to greet me and answer any questions that I might have. He did not pressure me in any way and he reassured that he was there to help me with my vehicle selection. I told him I needed to speak with my wife about the car, he suggested that I bring her out and test drive it again. He ensured that I knew the business hours and encouraged me to come back. I returned an hour later, within 30 minutes I was a happy and satisfied owner of a 2006 Infiniti G35! I came back to the dealership several days later and worked with Bob (MyBet1) Settell. He reassured me that the sale was a GREAT buy and answered questions about spare keys and the owners manual. He called the next day with the information he promised. I had been looking for weeks for a Ram 2500HD Hemi, Mega Cab, under 60k miles…very specific and not many available. Of course price was a condition and dealership reliability and honesty was paramount. The online specs on the vehicle were detailed and absolutely accurate. Better than any other dealership I had seen online. The staff was fantastic and Mick and Bryan Luly were great to work with throughout. I flew to Omaha from Tucson and was driven to Lincoln by Tim Tonner. The truck was ready and waiting when I got there and it was even better than advertised. Bryan gave me a through rundown on everything and I was out the door and driving home in an hour. This was 5 months ago and everything is great with the truck, I love it.
