When I went in to purchase my vehicle I never felt pressured into buying anything. we started at Biglers because of the variety of suv's they had on hand. We had not settled on a specific vehicle, and you guys had several of the ones we wanted to try. My immediate impression when we walked on the lot was that when we were approached first off and indicated we wanted to test drive some vehicles, we were given the "ultra green light" treatment. What I mean by that is that there was no ride along, no securing of our keys, no lets talk abt the vehicle first.....just go, keys are in it! Loved that! Once we decided on the vehicle -a Honda Pilot, our sales rep Bob was great. He was able to get us a deal that was very close to what I wanted, even when I was asking for close to the moon. Overall, we were very impressed and will definitely recommend Bigler's to our friends as well as look there again when we are ready to buy again. More

I was looking for a very specific car and they happened to have it on the lot. Despite my initial hesitation about going that far to end up at the same ole used car lot that I had experienced over the last month of looking at cars within 300 miles of my house.... I was absolutely wrong on this assumption! Bob Settell was my salesman. He was very upfront about the vehicle I was looking at. Felt he pulled no punches or typical car salesmanship where they try to get you to buy on emotions. NONE of this happened. Bob was very laid back, yet having the right balance of selling me a car and letting me mull things over, and of course worked with me on the price. Again, without any of the "if you don't act now" or anything else to rush a decision. Bob recognized how important my purchase of this collector's car was to me and had Eric Bigler come speak with me about the car I was interested in. They were able to provide the entire history on the vehicle and go over any questions I had about it. And I had a ton. During the entire process I was treated with nothing but respect, genuineness, and integrity. Bottom line is that you owe it to yourself to at least swing by to experience the difference this dealership makes in the car buying experience. More

They not only saw to it that it was repaired, Mick also checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the way everything was handled. I had the opportunity to speak with Brent, Mick and Bryan as well as others at Biglers and they were all very professional. If you are looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend Biglers for sales, service and financing assistance. More
