We went out just looking for a car, and as it usually happens, we drove away with one. The overall experience was great and very professional. Almost all of the cars we tested were very clean. I have nothing but great things to say regarding Bigler Motors and their staff. I mostly worked with Bryan Luly and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They have a great selection and great quality vehicles...things that you can't find just anywhere. My mechanic found some service issues with the car I wanted. They fixed them without a second thought. Throughout that week process both Bryan and Tim were great about keeping me in the loop on the progress. After I got the car there was one last issue with the navigation that they took care of. I live in Omaha and it was hard for me to get the car down to them in Lincoln. Bryan called on his day off and said he was going to be in Omaha. He came to my work, got my car and left a loaner for me to use. The next day my car was fixed and they drove it back up to me. Pain free on my end! Super service, super staff and super trustworthy...not qualities you often associate with a "used car" dealership. They seem to truly live by their motto “Reputation Is Earned”. I am super impressed with the professionalism of Bill Gauthier and his keen skills in helping us choose the right vehicle for our family. We came to look at a 2008 Chevy Suburban and really got side tracked when looking at the other cars on the lot, especially the Hummers we were looking at because we race every weekend and haul our race trailers a lot to and from the track and entertained the thought of how sturdy they would be in hauling the trailers, but Bill kept me focused on the true goal we came for was a family vehicle that would fit all 6 of us and still accomplish what we needed in a car both off and on the track and not the hummers that are great vehicles just way too small for a family of 6. The key thing me and my wife seen right off the bat was that he was not pushing at all and even asked if we wanted to just think about our decision another day (WOW). Our kids really took to him right away as when I was talking to him and the kids were talking to as you know how kids love to interrupt he always stopped and listened to what they had to say over the sale of a vehicle, heck he even bought them all a soda because the water dispenser was out of water and when we were doing the paperwork the kids kept asking him if the DVD player worked or not and Bill turned around and gave my kids some DVD’s for the car to keep in there new car. When the sale was complete not only did him and Tim put a ½ a tank of gas in it they turned around and argued over who was going to top off the tank and we followed them to the gas station and they topped it off for us. Tim got our payments from $470.00 a month down to $373.00 which I am still amazed on how he did that as we have everything with Wells Fargo and he blew their interest rates away somehow and my credit is not the best these days as I have had many medical expenses in the past and drove my credit score way down. First and foremost I want to thank both of them for their professionalism and friendly atmosphere they provided to us and made it an excellent experience for both me my wife and children.
