When I first got to Bigler Motors I was greeted by Bob Settell, I told him what I wanted, my price range and he said "Yes, we can find you something". Bob is very friendly and outgoing; you know you want to work with him right away. I looked at a couple cars and thought I found one I wanted; but, I really wanted my dad to come and help. So I made arrangement to come back We came back a couple days later and asked for Bob, he was unavailable, and so Brent Pickrell helped us. He wasn't quite as friendly as Bob, but he sure did bend over backwards to help, and was very knowledgeable. He let me drive the SUV hybrid I thought I wanted. After the drive I knew that wasn't the car for me, Brent came up with a few more for me to look at and drive. We ended up looking a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder. It was a little over my budge and so we went to look at other cars. But by the second day of car shopping, we came back to Bigler;s, not a single car dealer was as friend and as knowledgeable as the 2 men at Bigler's I worked with. I am still learning everything, but I have to say I LOVE MY SUV! More

My husband & I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle when we pulled in the lot. Luckily for us, our salesman Bob S. met us quickly and asked what our plans were. He was not at all pushy and gave vehicle when we pulled in the lot. Luckily for us, our salesman Bob S. met us quickly and asked what our plans were. He was not at all pushy and gave me facts about each vehicle we were interested. We already did our research on which vehicles were were interested in & not once did he tell us something untrue. He was incredibly patient with us since we also had two young toddlers with us and had to tend them them frequently. After test driving a few cars, we found the one we wanted & surprisingly, we purchased it that day. Excellent staff & very accommodating. Highly recommended to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. We'll definitely return in a couple of years when we plan on trading in our other vehicle. More

Prices are right on target, and the quality of vehicle is there to back it up. Their post-purchase service was unbelievable: full tank of gas, oil change, and a complete $200 auto detail all for free and all after I had agreed to buy the car. They were under no obligations, but did so anyway. I cannot speak highly enough about this professional and laid-back staff. Excellent. More

I have been searching for a Ford Edge for 3 months now. I happened to drive past Bigler Motors on the 27th and they had a black one sitting on their lot. They just got it in on the 25th and it had literally happened to drive past Bigler Motors on the 27th and they had a black one sitting on their lot. They just got it in on the 25th and it had literally EVERYTHING I was looking for. They were running a red tag special and the asaking price was going to be 26,900 and the red tag sale was for 24,900. I was SO shocked at the price... KBB is saying it would be worth 27,000. I worked all week on selling my car and the whole time, Bigler Motors held the Ford Edge aside to help me out. I couldn't believe it! I sold my car, went to pick up my Ford Edge and I have never in my life been treated so well. My mom and I walked in and generally she hates going to car dealerships because they are so pushy. Bryan helped us out and got us a GREAT deal! They went out of their way to fix a few very minor things (like tinting the windows for me :) ) so that I would be happy when I left. I can't believe they did that! They even had the tank completely full! If you are looking for a GREAT used car, I would strongly recommend Bigler Motors. They take care of their customers and were willing to do ANYTHING for me. My parents will be buying their next car from Bigler Motors and I hope everyone else does too. Don't mess around with those big dealerships that are pushy! Go to Bigler's where they will give you space and time to decide. P.S.- Eric handled the financial side of things for my mother and I and we had to wait about 30 minutes because he was busy and when we got back to his office he wrote us a check and told us dinner is on him and said he was so sorry for making us wait. NEVER have we EVER been treated so kindly. We didn't even have a problem with waiting and he did that for us! That was by far the best customer service I have ever received. 5 stars to you, Eric.
