Great service, easy to work with I had seen the truck I ended up buying online and decided to stop by and check it out in person. As I was looking at the truck, Bob walked out and tal I had seen the truck I ended up buying online and decided to stop by and check it out in person. As I was looking at the truck, Bob walked out and talked to me a bit about what I was looking for, told me more about the truck I was interested in and immediately asked if I wanted to test drive it. There was no push to get me in to a truck that day, he was very easy going and wanted me to feel comfortable. After thinking it over for a couple days I went back and took it for a test drive and told them I was very interested in the truck. Even then, they didn't try to push me and that made my decision even easier. There was no hassle and they got me into my truck as soon as possible. After having the truck for a couple days, I realized that the blowers for heating/AC weren't working. I called Bob, he had me come in to check it out. They took care of the problem without ever batting an eye. In short, I would definitely recommend Bigler. Everyone I worked with was great and there weren't any hassles. They were great! More

Not your average dealership.. My overall experience with Bigler Motors was great. My wife and I found a a car online that we were really interested in. I sent an email inquiry abou My overall experience with Bigler Motors was great. My wife and I found a a car online that we were really interested in. I sent an email inquiry about the vehicle and was called the next day by Brent. Brent explained the car to me and answered all my questions concerning financing. We lived about a 3 hour drive away and would not be able to make it there until the next weekend. I did the finance app on line and was approved for the car we were interested in. Bigler Motors held the car for me until I arrived the following weekend. After looking the car over that we were interested in and driving it, my wife and I were kind of disappointed in the car and felt it was not as good as it was portrayed to us. Brough Pickrell apologized to us and asked if we were interested in anything else or if there was anything he could do to make things right. They did have another vehicle that we liked with the features we wanted. After driving that vehicle and looking it over closely, we decided we would take it if the price was right. Brough worked out a great deal for me and picked up our lunch that day. Financing was taken care of quickly and we headed back home that afternoon. So far we are happy with our purchase and feel that we got a fair deal. It is definitely a no pressure atmosphere and the dealership does know how to deliver good customer service. I would say it was one of the top places that I have ever bought a used vehicle from because of this. Wish all dealerships were like this. If you are in the market for a used vehicle I would do your research, inspect the vehicle closely, and only buy if you are comfortable with the deal all the way around. Bill was very friendly and let my brother and me take the car out for a test drive shortly after we arrived. Before we arrived at Bigler, I wasn't sure if I was going to seriously pursue the Acura TL, but as I was convinced that I had to give it a shot as I left the lot. This was partly due to the TL being in immaculate condition and partly because I could tell Bill would be fun to work with. All through the buying experience Bill made me feel comfortable and never pressured. If it wasn't for Bill being involved, I don't know if I would have ended up getting the Acura. My husband and I are newly weds and we were in need of a pick up and had an outstanding experience at Bigler Motors. Of course we were extremely nervous about spending a large amount of money on a vehicle, so we wanted to take our time and find a reliable vehicle from a trustworthy dealership. We visited other dealerships that tried to persuade us to buy their vehicles, but we always had a sick feeling that we were not getting as good of a deal as they always made it sound. Online I had been eying a 2012 Nissan Titan that Bigler Motors had on their site. Their price on the Titan was extremely reasonable and well below other competitors prices. I called the dealership and asked if there was anything wrong with the pick up and they were extremely honest when they told me that their is no BS on their pricing. They give you the lowest price right away instead of arguing prices down! We knew right away that this was the dealership that we wanted to spend our hard-earned money at. The salesmen at Bigler are honest and straight-forward. We drove from Tilden to Lincoln over girls state basketball and thought that we would stop at Bigler and check out the pick up. We were shocked at the outstanding service we received right away. Mick Luly helped my husband and I out right away and let us test drive the pick up. We enjoyed the test drive but were still nervous about what we should do. We thought the price was right and we loved the look of the pick up! Mick made up our mind with his honesty and trustworthiness. Mick was extremely personable and understanding and explained everything to us clearly. Without a doubt in our mind, we agreed to purchase the pick up! We have been satisfied 100% with our pick up!
