We ended up settling on an incredibly well-kept and maintained 2004 Pathfinder from Bigler Auto in Lincoln. Mick was the dealer who helped us, was very knowledgeable, and genuine. We explained our situation, money-wise and he told us our best buy would be the car we would eventually purchase. Our transaction was so low-pressure that it was like dealing with an old friend. We test drove the vehicle and went on our way after a handshake and snagging his card. We went to a few dealers later that day and endured the usual high pressure crap we have come to recognize from other new and used dealers in town. Good God they suck. Even if you greet a dealer with a "HI, WE ARE JUST HERE TO LOOK." You end up getting countless emails and phone calls at work over a sale that wasnt going to happen in the first place. This is why, after dealing with Bigler and Mick for a total of about 15 minutes, we purchased our new/used vehicle from them. They are genuine and low-key, like my wife and I are. I even told him I had the cash to buy immediately, and the high pressure nonsense never materialized. Mick was great. He made our buying experience exactly what it should be. Id buy again from him and Bigler, and Id totally send friends here as well. Thanks Mick! More

They are popular, stylish and really easy to get along with, but you don't see them everywhere. Once you see what they have to offer you get hooked and can't stop talking about it. The moment you interact, you feel like you've known each other your entire life and can call them on your cellphone late night when you need their assistance with car troubles. I would give them 2 thumbs up, but it would be pointless as that is a visual sign of approval and this is a text only review. So I will have to settle for a "Whoop Whoop"! Amazing service in a difficult situation. In September 2015 our family of 6 traveled across the country from Detroit to Salt Lake City. Unfortunately, we got stopped in Lincoln, NE in the midd In September 2015 our family of 6 traveled across the country from Detroit to Salt Lake City. Unfortunately, we got stopped in Lincoln, NE in the middle of a crazy thunderstorm with a high engine temperature. Our trusty Astro van of 7 years finally reached the end of its usable life. We were in deep need of a replacement vehicle and drove to nearly every used car lot in Lincoln, finally finding Bigler Motors in an online search. Chris and the guys at Bigler were awesome! They gave us all the facts about the vehicle and no sales pitch. The Yukon we picked out was beautiful and well serviced by the previous owner, so we made the purchase. What happened next is what made Bigler Motors a superstar in our eyes. We got everything unloaded from the van and loaded into the Yukon. Everyone comfortable in a seat we hit I-80 heading west into another terrible thunderstorm. The newness of the vehicle took some time to get accustomed to especially in the storm. After about 10 miles I noticed the engine speed was higher than I expected. Wanting to rule out user error I had my wife search the owner’s manual for an overdrive switch or button. There isn’t one and after several attempts to verify the gear shifts we were confident it wasn’t shifting into 4th gear. At the next exit I called Chris on his cell, after hours. He called me right back and assured me they would take care of us. There wasn’t anything to do but drive the 30-ish miles back to Lincoln and have it checked... in the morning. Sure enough, the vehicle needed a new transmission. That’s when the owner, Eric, jumped in and committed to make everything right and he did! He went above and beyond what anyone else would do. He cared for our large family with a loaner vehicle, food, and accommodations until it was fixed the next day. It was difficult to be patient 900 miles from home and our destination and 5 days into our trip, but we had the Bigler Motors assurance and Eric's personal commitment that they would make it right. We deeply appreciate the integrity, honor and customer commitment of the team at Bigler Motors. They are a great business because they are amazing people. It took all of them and more to make this one right, and they did it! Thanks guys! More
