I took the vehicle for a test drive. Worked with him on pricing and we had a deal. I told them I didn't want to pick it up until May 7th, 2016 because I was bring my wife and surprising her for Mothers Day. Bryan and texted this morning so he knew when we were coming, the had balloons and Mothers Day Balloons tied to the vehicle and a sign on the windshield tha said Happy Mothers Day and they did this on there own. First, we searched for cars online and we found a lot of useful information on Bigler's website. We decided to pay them a visit and go for a test drive. It was very simple: just a matter of Bryan making a copy of our driver license and we were ready to go. Once we got back there, he didn't push for us to buy the car at all (like every other car dealer)! We made a comment about how nice he was by not rushing through the sale and he explained that they don't need to do that because they don't work with commission. We just talked about plans of financing the car with different scenarios. Bryan gave us all the time we needed to think about it (and he even provided guidance based on his personal experiences with other types of investments). When we finally decided to buy the car, he let us take the car to a mechanic of our choice for some general inspection. Thank you Bryan! It was great to do business with you! We met with Bryan Luly who showed us the car without pressuring us in any way. He had a super laid back approach and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find a car we loved. We quickly came to the realization that we were going to get this car so now we needed to find one for me. Again, Bryan showed us a few options without trying to push me in any certain direction. We found a suitable option and ended up getting a great deal with the cars together. The next day, I discovered there was something missing from my car that I was not expecting. "Great Dealership" My Wife and I had been looking for a few weeks for a Cadillac XTS Vsport. We found the car we were looking for at Bigler Motors in Lincoln, Nebraska. We drove from Omaha to Lincoln to see the car. and were very impressed by the quality and variety of top end vehicles they had on their lot. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Our Sales Associate Bryan .went over all the details of the car with us and we took it for a test drive. We loved the car and went back to finalize the sale. Mick gave us a good trade-in price for our 2013 LaCrosse and took care of a few minor details with the Cadillac and promised to have the Cadillac completely detailed and ready in a couple of days. We got the call it was ready and when we got there it was showroom quality. We are very impressed by this dealership and how all the employees work together to make things happen for their customers. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car. More
