I had been looking at a lot of cars online, but this was the first car I went to look at in person. Bryan greeted me at the door and got the keys to the vehicle I was interested in. I test drove it right away. After the test drive, Bryan got all of the car fax and vehicle history. It matched with what I could find online and Bryan answered all of my questions. I left the dealership for a few hours and returned to talk about a price. I had an old car to get rid of and was pleased to find out Bigler was willing to trade it in. In our discussion, Bryan was open about all of the figures and showed me comparable cars for sale in the region. In the end, I was happy with the price I paid given my new car and trade in. More

Holding My Nervous Hand With Cool Aplomb I thought I'd purchased my last ever "new" car, but had a minor accident owing to a medical episode. Externally, all one could see was a slightly crumpled hood, but the insurance adjuster declared it totaled. Happily, I have a friend who loves shopping for cars and he found me another Toyota Rav4 at Bigler Motors. However, when we went to check it out, it had just rolled out the door immediately prior our arrival that Saturday morning. We were advised of an '09 Honda CR-V that was going to be coming in that week-end, so jumped to the head of that waiting list and I was able to take a look at it Monday. Bryan L,]uly could not have been more reassuring and calming. Car-buying is a rare experience for me and he led me through the whole process in such a way that all my anxieties were banished. He was congenial, witty, found common conversational topics, and heightened my confidence enormously. Moreover, he was patient with the delay involved with my insurance settlement check (due entirely to the ineptitude of the U.S. Postal Service, NOT my insurer) and even spoke to me on a day when he had to stay home with his 2-year old son whose daycare center had closed that day! Arranging financing and filling out all the forms were totally hassle-free. The efficiency on all fronts shown by Bigler personnel was phenomenal. But among them, Bryan is my hero. He's stands as a solid testament to Bigler's as a place to do business. I recommend Bryan and the dealership with no reservations whatsoever. More
