The Gregg Young team was a pleasure to work with and Bill Merrill provided us with a great deal for my new diesel RAM 1500. The process was careful to make this easy and comply with the social distancing guidelines – nearly everything was done on the phone or through email. They even offered to deliver the truck to my house and finish the paperwork on the tailgate. I did make a trip to the dealer to see and test drive the truck, and they fully supported my use of gloves, wiped down surfaces and practiced distancing. Like most dealers, they offered several additional options, but when I opted out there was no pressure. I love my new truck and I encourage everyone thinking of buying a Chevy, Dodge or Ram, to support our local dealer first. More

Lied and we're dishonest Lied to me about waiting for a manager and then lied to me saying they didn't want a trade for the vehicle I was interested in. Called back and talked to the next level manager and was told they sold the truck over the phone 30 minutes earlier - when I was waiting for them to call me back. I was ready to drive to the dealership but now I would not recommend them and won't buy from them. Dishonest business practice, if they lie about something this simple what else are they hiding? More

Kelly Hall said he could not honor the price and thought I was just joking. Said he was not dealing on behalf of the dealership when the original price was negotiated. He stated I was dealing with him directly and now he could not afford to pay anything towards the running boards. Dave Schoonover (sales mgr) then called me and said it was just a "misunderstanding" and Kelly was not authorized to make deals on parts. I more than doubled my offer for the running boards and was still told no. Just wonderful customer service shortly after the sale. If you make an offer on anything at the dealership, stop in Dave's office and double check to see if the person is actually authorized to sell what your trying to purchase. They are not wearing signs so if YOU don't ask it might just be a "misunderstanding". More

A friend found a used vehicle I may want to look at so I made the trip. I wasn't really in the mood for car shopping at that time. I was still upset from my last several days of looking. Fortunately, J.P called me a few days later just to see how I was doing on the car hunt and I found out I could get a great lease on the suv of my dreams! J.P and Gary got me a great price for my trade and we're completely upfront with pricing and all the contract info! This really renewed my faith in car salesmen and sales managers!J.P followed up with me to assure I was happy! I have already recommended a few of my single mom friends to head to xxxxxx they can at least be treated right and not get the wool pulled over their eyes! Thanks guys! More

They actually said what do you want want us to do rip the others off so they'll match. I had custom rims on truck I trade in and used factory rim and tire as spare. I asked if I could have it back so I could sell factory rims and tires as a set. I was answered by them saying oh well fine then we'll just take your spare from truck you're buying would you like that. They were not willing to work with me on anything and were rude if I asked and made me feel like I was being ridiculous. Only reason I bought was their price was good and had a hard to find vehicle that I'd been looking for for months More
Went in looking at used, got a great deal on a new truck! I was in the market for a used truck, looking at inventory and prices online for trucks. They had a few options that met my requirements at Pro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Plattsmouth, NE. I went in there on a Saturday afternoon and was met by J.P., who wanted to know what we wanted to look at. He brought up some options on the computer and then narrowed down our used choices and we went on a test drive in a Dodge Ram that was a few years old. When we returned from the test drive they had a new Dodge Ram parked at the dealership and they had us take a test drive of that truck. When we returned from the test drive of the new vehicle, they had a great deal already worked out that got the price of the new truck fairly close to the price of the used truck. Gary the general manager was a pleasure to work with and just talk with while things were getting done with the cleaning of the truck and the preparation of the paperwork. John in finance was very helpful and worked hard over the weekend and into Monday to get the best terms that benefitted us and our payment amount. I feel as the dealership was very customer oriented and genuinely cared about what we wanted and catered to our needs, even if it meant that they did not get the most out of the deal. We would definitely refer our friends and family to Pro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Plattsmouth. More

He is honest and trustworthy, which is hard to find at car dealerships! The owner and all of the employees have their customers best interest at heart at all times. If something doesn't work, they will be honest and let you know. I feel as if the guys at Pro, especially Gary, are more like family than salesmen! I will never go to another dealership! More
