Seem to act like they care about customer concerns. Disappointed that car came with only one key fob and they didn’t disclose that. I would recommend Gregg Young to anyone. Brian and the team worked with me on getting into a 3rd row SUV that would fit our budget! They also delivered the vehicle to my work location as Brian and the team worked with me on getting into a 3rd row SUV that would fit our budget! They also delivered the vehicle to my work location as it needed to be serviced and detailed still. My only small complaint was that the detailing could of been better as we found several spots that had been overlooked especially in the 2nd and 3rd rows. But overall still very satisfied! More
Looked for an appointment that worked for my schedule and they had several openings. Drove over, pulled in and just what? They get you in the door then don't time to service your vehicle for days. Wouldn’t recommend Greg Young to Anyone. Tyler in service department is the worst… stubborn, hardheaded person I’ve ever dealt with in a customer service setting. My vehicle was towed there from another dealership. I tried telling Tyler that the battery was just put in less than a month ago and I just had it tested at Napa. Tyler insured that it was a bad cell on the battery. Had the vehicle less then a day later the and wouldn’t you know the low-voltage indicator light came on. Now my truck is back at Greg Young (definitely not by choice) now I have to “wait for an opening” after already waiting several weeks. More
