I would recommend Gregg Young to anyone. Brian and the team worked with me on getting into a 3rd row SUV that would fit our budget! They also delivered the vehicle to my work location as Brian and the team worked with me on getting into a 3rd row SUV that would fit our budget! They also delivered the vehicle to my work location as it needed to be serviced and detailed still. My only small complaint was that the detailing could of been better as we found several spots that had been overlooked especially in the 2nd and 3rd rows. But overall still very satisfied! More
Looked for an appointment that worked for my schedule and they had several openings. Drove over, pulled in and just what? They get you in the door then don't time to service your vehicle for days. Wouldn’t recommend Greg Young to Anyone. Tyler in service department is the worst… stubborn, hardheaded person I’ve ever dealt with in a customer service setting. My vehicle was towed there from another dealership. I tried telling Tyler that the battery was just put in less than a month ago and I just had it tested at Napa. Tyler insured that it was a bad cell on the battery. Had the vehicle less then a day later the and wouldn’t you know the low-voltage indicator light came on. Now my truck is back at Greg Young (definitely not by choice) now I have to “wait for an opening” after already waiting several weeks. More

If you have warranty work to be done they will take care of it right away but any thing not covered by Warranty hold on to your pocket book 4 Hours of labor was going to be $747 withch is $186.75 an hour W of it right away but any thing not covered by Warranty hold on to your pocket book 4 Hours of labor was going to be $747 withch is $186.75 an hour WOW! I asked if thay could do better on the labor price and tyler said they could but he didnt note it on the ticket and i had to ask him about the price adjustment !! He changed it to what hes said he could but i had to ask!!! More
Oil change scheduled for 10am; ended up taking over 4 hours....at 3 hrs and 15 minutes, our Traverse had been overlooked, and wasnt even on the rack yet. Service department is very poorly managed. Did not want lifetime oil changes/tire rotations, but they were placed onto the package anyway for our 2022 Traverse without permission. Now we are stuck with oil changes and tire rotations that take over three hours even though these are scheduled appointments with nothing but excuses given and no compensation offered. Will never buy here again, and likely just eat the money spent on prepaid service as to not have to waste more of our valuable time. Have received word from others with similar complaints about Gregg Young Chevy in Norwalk. Very disappointing...... Haven't heard about things being as bad at the other surrounding Gregg Young dealerships....just the one in Norwalk. Live and learn I guess. More
