I've been a customer of Gregg Young Norwalk for a few years. today they lost my business. I went in for an oil change and brought with me a $5.00 off coupon (off a $79.95 oil change) that was sent to years. today they lost my business. I went in for an oil change and brought with me a $5.00 off coupon (off a $79.95 oil change) that was sent to my address and was good for another month until November 30, 2023. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time , I was told that the oil change prices had been increased and the coupon was no longer good. they would however give me a $15.00 discount. when I came to pick up my vehicle the bill was $105.65. They did reduce it by $15.00 with the stated discount. when i went to pay, i was informed that there would be an additional 3% charge if I used my Mastercard. I also noted a $2.87 charge for "data storage". Not sure what that is or why it is included for an oil change.
