They should have told me they would have to wait for the part, or called me at 9:30 to tell me they didn’t have part yet so I could rearrange my Saturday plans. When I picked up my car they didn’t tell me about the warranty or the battery strength. I had asked for the highest cold crank amps. Didn’t give me an estimate when I ordered the service. Asked them to use my cell number to let me know ONLY when my car was finished - not for their convenience. Received a request for this review as a text. Disappointed. More
