terrible service dept I bought this truck which looked good on the outside. The salesman told me it was serviced and ready to go. I took his word (my mistake). I drove it f I bought this truck which looked good on the outside. The salesman told me it was serviced and ready to go. I took his word (my mistake). I drove it for a month and decided to buy extra warranty, I was told it needed to be inspected before I could purchase warranty. I drove a total of 50 miles round trip, sat in waiting room for an hour, I got the warranty and was told again everything was good, I had put less than 700 miles since I bought it.. There was still a sort of miss when idling that I reported to service manager. When I got home I sat around for 4 days and did not drive much, rode motorcycle, etc. That day I also checked fluid levels, still idling not good. Oil dipstick showed 1/4 level 2 1/2 quarts low , the transmission dipstick sowed 2 quarts low another 1/4 inch showing on tranny dipstick. I called service manager and asked what they did for inspection for getting warranty, (" check belts, hoses and fluid levels and top off if needed") so I asked why they were not brought up to full when supposedly serviced when bought and inspected a month later. He said he didn't know anything about it or whether it was serviced at all. Still not idling good I checked the air filter, it was filthy, with dust and mashed up leaves and small twigs, I could not see through it, it was Bad. I bought a new one, transmission fluid was getting bad I took to my mechanic for transmission flush and new filter, $225.00. Transfer case needs to be done fluid in bad shape. Will do myself. Did oil change myself, oil looking bad from running 2 1/2 qts low for about 700 miles, my truck does not leak or burn oil. So why 2 1/2 qts low? Truck idles better and runs better, still a little miss on idling. So a tad over $300.00 more that I had to pay that should have been taken care of by service center with the 2 times inspected leads me to believe someone ain't doing their job. I refuse to get any work done in their service? Dept. So I cancelled my appointment More
