Jon was very friendly albeit a bit unorganized. Offered services ( buffing out some minor marks on body) then said couldn’t follow through because they didn’t make enough money on the deal. 👎. Harvey was very helpful and answered my questions. They made it very quick during this strange time that we are in. It would be nice if the extra mile plan could be chosen as an option before working on th made it very quick during this strange time that we are in. Part of that cost is two oil changes which cannot be used if you purchase a certified vehicle that already includes them. More
Non-returning Customer I purchased a used vehicle in Dec, 2018. In March, I had a screw in my tire, at that time the service technician I used (at another facility near my I purchased a used vehicle in Dec, 2018. In March, I had a screw in my tire, at that time the service technician I used (at another facility near my work) showed me there are 2 different sizes of tires on my car. I had to get the oil change anyway, so I wanted to have this checked out as well. Of course, the conversation was "it's okay to have 2 different sizes", but I explained I am as disappointed in myself for not noticing the issue before I drove it off the lot in Dec. After several discussions about "making it right" and "wanting a happy returning customer" I was given another appointment for the next week and it would take about 2 hours for videoing and documentation. I dropped my car off, got a loaner for work, returned 2 hours later and was told, my car is not ready and it would be the next day in the afternoon. So, that's 4 trips to get 2 tires!! After return of my car, I am even more disappointed. There is tire sealant on the front (R) side of the car, like it was splattered there, it is on both front wheels, and the hub is scraped 2 areas (L-Front) I understand I asked for 2 tires and for the 2 tires to be exactly as the front, but put new ones on the back. Not what I got at all.....I am now doubting the wheels are the same wheels at this point, Oh, but I got 2 new tires....I have the previous owner contact information and will be reaching out to him for pictures of the wheels, that were previously on the car before I complained about my tires. I looked at the order after getting my car back and the order states, "customer states front tires are wobbly" A TOTAL LIE!! So, bottom line...yes they will sell you a car, nice salesman, will accomodate for service, will be dishonest about the delay in service when they scheduled the appointment the week before and will LIE on the documentation. More
