Customer experience needs improvement. Scheduled service online for 2:00PM appointment to change oil & rotate tires. Received email day before appointment stating I had canceled. I did not. Called and go online for 2:00PM appointment to change oil & rotate tires. Received email day before appointment stating I had canceled. I did not. Called and got voicemail asking for call back. Sent email asking about it. No response. Showed up for appointment 1:50. No explanation why they canceled. Vehicle was not moved until 2:25. Service completed at 3:15. I would think an appointment would reserve time so a simple oil change would not take over an hour. Invoice states multi-point inspection was done and I would receive report attached or emailed. Did not receive either. Vehicle had a bad tail light that I was not aware of that they missed. Probably go will go back to Karl. More

We are very pleased with our new car and the excellent customer service received from Harvey, sorry forgot your last name and Andrew too. They were all so patient as we took our 3 grandchildren along, already recommended them to my friend who has been car shopping she said. The financial officer was so friendly and personable too! They were slow on responding to me I had to call them. Initially they wanted me to want for the service and I’m really glad I didn’t because it took till after 4:00pm to get back to me.
