I was trying to purchase a 2022 Trax. I talked to Tate Nelson who quoted 23017. I didn't want the dealer cash for 0 percent 22017 he said correct. Apparently he transposed numbers said when he wrote up wa Nelson who quoted 23017. I didn't want the dealer cash for 0 percent 22017 he said correct. Apparently he transposed numbers said when he wrote up was 22710. Not good customer service. Thankyou for listening. More
4/4/2021 I purchased a suv $10k, off the bargain row. Bad deal. The ck engine light popped on & the AC would shut off, the engine would almost stall out. My 3 yr old granddaughter was with me when it happen deal. The ck engine light popped on & the AC would shut off, the engine would almost stall out. My 3 yr old granddaughter was with me when it happened and the temp said 104* outside. Luckily we were close to home. It was in their shop for 6 weeks & couldn’t find the problem.There we’re not other suv I wanted on that lot. I asked if I could look at their other lots. Was told they’d rather keep it in house. Hush hush it was unbelievable. I did find a suv from the Omaha lot. They were kind enough to drive it down here for me. We bought it. It’s been nothing but a headache. One thing after another. I’ve spent more time in a loaner vehicle while making payments on a vehicle I haven’t drove for more than 3 weeks. The management was rude towards me. Threw me out actually. Yelled out to his employees, from across the show room floor to not let me back in. To get my truck & get out…. Impossible that man needs public relations classes something fierce. How humiliating to be treated like that. I regret doing business with them. $10k and 6 months later & my truck still needs repairs. Regrettably Pam More
We just happened to be in the area to visit family and I went there and was greeted at the door and looked at the inventory and was lead in a direction of the perfect vehicle. The dealership I do recommend but I do NOT recommend the service department. The service department is so slow and always takes a lot longer than what I’m told. I go there to get my oil changes due to the free ones that come with the purchase of a vehicle. My truck has a recall on it and I will not be going there to get it done. Then when I got in my truck when it was finally done there was oil on my center console and on the inside door handle. I started to go inside to say something but just turned around and cleaned it up myself. I just didn’t want to be there any longer. More
