Dropped my vehicle off on Sunday 9-11-2022 to have a tire leak fixed. I received a call the next morning telling me they could not fix it and needed to order a new one. After hearing the price I originally said no but changed my mind and agreed to get a new tire installed. I was told they recommended the same tire brand and model that was already on my vehicle and I agreed. I was told they would order the tire and it should arrive the same day and they would get the new tire installed. Around 4:30 pm a received a phone call from Tyler stating the tire had arrived but they did not have a vehicle lift open that was heavy enough for my vehicle (2006 F250) and that they did not have a 5-ton floor jack either but could get one the next morning. Tyler asked to keep the vehicle overnight and I agreed that would be fine. The next morning a received a call from Tyler stating the tire they received was the wrong size and they could not get the right size until Wednesday. Tyler gave me the option of picking up my vehicle or leaving it and I decided to leave the vehicle. Tyler called me on Thursday and said the tire was on and I could pick up the vehicle and they were open till 6 pm. I arrived around 5:45 and paid and was told my vehicle was just outside the door to the left. I got into my vehicle, turned the key and the radio volume was extremely loud (I did not leave it that way). I get home and look at the new tire and it is the same brand but a different model and tread pattern (They did not even put a valve stem cover on the new tire they replaced). I called Tyler Thursday morning and explained to him that they put a different model tire on my vehicle and that we agreed that they would replace it with the same model that was on the vehicle Tyler said he would check on it and get back to me. It is now Tuesday of the next week and I have not heard back from Tyler or the dealership. Update 9-22-2022 Finally heard from Tyler Tuesday afternoon when he left me a voicemail stating he had been trying to get ahold of me (first voicemail I had received since Thursday). I received a phone call from Tyler on Wednesday AM and scheduled the tire swap for Today (Thursday) at 10 am. I was working so my wife took the truck to get the tire swapped out. My wife arrived and said she was here to get a tire swapped out and a nice lady behind the counter hollered at Tyler and told him she was here. Tyler looked up and said just have her leave the keys in the truck. After the tire was swapped Tyler brought my wife the keys and told her the truck was sitting in the front of the line. Tyler did not say sorry about the mix-up or try and apologize and actually seemed mad that they had to fix their own mistake. This is the 2nd bad experience we have had at this dealership and will not be going back even though they are located a few miles from our house. Oh by the way they still didn't put a valve stem cover on the valve stem. More

All was good but 2 hours to complete the sale is too long. We spent a good 30-45 minutes total of the time sitting in an office by ourselves waiting. Not sure why the wait - We had an appointment but the car wasn’t ready so we had to wait for that, then for paperwork. Should have pretty much been ready to go I would have thought. Again doesn’t change my rating but it’s an area to improve in so far as customer experience. Sales and Purchasing process has always been great so we will be back just need to speed up the paperwork closing part More

Would not listen. They had their mind made up what was wrong and we didn't want to listen to me. The problem they said was, didn't have anything to do with my problem. Rear stabilizer claim on our console, and they come up with needing spark plugs, injector cleaning. Doesn't make sense to me. More
