High Pressure, Kinda Shady Dealt with the service dept just after they took over from John Kraft. They worked on HVAC controls on the dash. First time driving at night afterword noticed none of the dash lights worked anymore. They said they would look at it. Charged me $40 to get them working. (They all worked before the repair). They would not budge on the price. I told them I wondered how they would stack up against John Kraft's service. This incident answered my questions. Huber now gets my business. More

I was looking for a used car My 1997 Town and Country van bit the dust and after looking on the internet I found one at Gregg Young Chevy with low mileage and a good price. I went My 1997 Town and Country van bit the dust and after looking on the internet I found one at Gregg Young Chevy with low mileage and a good price. I went and test drove it and bought it. It wasn't the color I would choose but I was looking at the mileage and price. A week later I was called and told that there was a problem with the title and I'd have to return the car. I was heartbroken. Mike Quattocchi , the salesman, assured me the dealership would make it right. They gave me a loaner while they looked for a replacement car. It took a couple of weeks but they found one. It not only was the same year but lower mileage, better condition and the colors (interior/exterior) that I loved and at the same price. I told Mike Q that if I were to order a car, this would be it. I want to thank all the guys at Gregg Young Chevy for making the whole thing possible.
