After a short few days we finally found a vehicle that is both safe and stylish. My used 2011 Chevy Malibu is a great car and it's also got a touch of sport to it. Unfortunate but Never Again!! I had hail damage on my Equinox so I called my insurance company and they three way called with Gregg Young Chevrolet to make an appt. As I have never taken my Chevrolet to a dealer in the area I just looked for one close to me and found Gregg Young. The appt was set and I arrived approximately 10 minutes early. As it was 7"15 AM I pulled into the Service bay door where 3 men were standing behind podiums all wearing their red shirts. I got out of my car, stood there and NOT ONE person said hello, good morning or anything. I finally asked if they could tell me if I was in the right place and one of the men behind a podium stepped out and told me I was not in the correct location. He then told me I had to go to Baxter Auto Body behind Car Max. I drove to that location, only to find that they do not open the doors until 7:30AM. I waited until 7:25 AM and then saw two men (who had pulled in BEHIND me, get out of their cars and walk up to the door. The minute the person on the inside opened the door they walked in ahead of me.....didn't even hold the door!! When I finally reached the counter they had no idea why I was there or even knew that I was arriving!! Needless to say, I left and called my insurance on the way home to state that I would not be taking my car back there. I called Gregg Young to speak with someone about my experience and left a voice mail,,,,still waiting to hear from them!! What a waste!!! More

Purchasing 2nd car out of town We live out of town but have heard good things about the delearship, so found car online and worked on getting things rolling over the phone. After testing driving the vehicle it want quite what we wanted but the team worked with us to find something in our price range and we happily drive off the lot with a SUV like we wanted. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend anyone working with the Greg Young team. More

We are pretty much always in need of something it seems. We bought 2 new and 2 used vehicles from.Tony just since July 2015. He is such a great salesman to deal with. When we know we need something we just call him or text him and he starts looking. He never pressures us into anything that isn't exactly what we want/need. He has delivered the last 2 vehicles to the ranch because of our busy schedule and it just reaffirmed that we don't want to deal with anyone else! The vehicle we just bought is perfect. Tony knew we would wait til we found the perfect vehicle and he kept looking for us for almost 2 full years. He messaged us the minute the vehicle came in and took care of everything, including bringing the vehicle to us. You don't find customer service like that anywhere else. Love our new vehicle, we are happy with the trade-in price we got and the amount we paid for the vehicle and most of all we loved how easy Tony made the whole process! More

Really had no idea what I would do about a different car and Tony explained what the Chrysler 300 had to offer. One day later I was signing up for 3 more years of leasing and I have Tony to thank for it! Love the car and the sales and service there is always great!!! More
High Pressure, Kinda Shady Dealt with the service dept just after they took over from John Kraft. They worked on HVAC controls on the dash. First time driving at night afterword noticed none of the dash lights worked anymore. They said they would look at it. Charged me $40 to get them working. (They all worked before the repair). They would not budge on the price. I told them I wondered how they would stack up against John Kraft's service. This incident answered my questions. Huber now gets my business. More
