Well, it won't let me leave no stars, so I have to give one just to warn people away. Worst car buying experience ever. If you expect to go through the ridiculous song and dance where your time is wasted a one just to warn people away. Worst car buying experience ever. If you expect to go through the ridiculous song and dance where your time is wasted and you can't get a straight answer about the price of the car, you won't be disappointed. Information about the cars on the website is not correct, as in: it will say "No accidents!" etc etc....there's a disclaimer, but that's just so they can lie without consequence, so don't trust what you see there. What they sold me is junk that will need a pricy repair but a few short miles (think: less than an oil change) and no, it wouldn't have been covered by their "extended warranty," so thank God I didn't spend the extra money on it's not that old, and didn't have high mileage - it's just junk. They also "screwed up my paperwork" so I had to go back and re-sign everything with the same slimy pretend-human I'd already spent an hour resisting upsells from. I'm certain this was a tactic - I could have called a lawyer, because we had a done deal with everything signed that THEY agreed to, and yes, they wanted a higher monthly payment when I was already at the limit of what I could afford. Do NOT buy a vehicle here. There are SO MANY OTHER CHOICES. Disingenuous, disheartening, disappointing, and difficult to deal with. I'll never be back and I'm unloading this piece of junk and buying something that won't burn four quarts of oil in less than 2000 miles, and die in the middle of intersections almost costing me and other people our lives. Way to go, Gregg Young. Great business model! Don't say you weren't warned. I have to select an employee and give stars there where I wouldn't. I don't know if employees are forced to behave the way they do here, but I wouldn't be able to live with myself if it were me. More
Sales person was great, finance department is not good. The sales person did a great job and made sure everything was taken care of as he promised and in a timely manner. Once the finance department started The sales person did a great job and made sure everything was taken care of as he promised and in a timely manner. Once the finance department started, they had addresses wrong and did not correct them in their system and from that point on it was trouble at DMV, bank and other services we should receive. It has taken multiple calls and trips to attempt to correct. They don't call you back when promised and or take care of anything they promise. They charge $399 for paperwork and I paid them for what, so I would have to spend hours on the phone? Never had a finance department with such a lack of accuracy in paperwork. At first I thought I had found an good dealership, but as the mess started I have changed my mind. More

Although the news of the needed repairs was not ideal, Jack was very open, honest, and provide great recommendations and options. A loaner vehicle was provided while the team did a diagnostic test. Jack made the process less stressful and made me feel valued as a customer. He should get promoted!!! More

I asked to have my oil changed as well as my ac looked at. I called three times with with no answer. I showed up at 4:45 my vehicle was just looked at. I paid the 138 diagnostic fee and took my vehicle. My oil was not changed. Tricia stayed she did not know they were to change my oil. So upon taking the diagnostic report, I called around to get a price on changing my ac condenser $550 more the the two other bids I got. I would have paid whatever the suggested and not thought twice about it. The silver lining of the poor service is I am going to save $550 less the diagnostic fee. More

It was my first purchase in Nebraska and I was not aware of how registration fees and taxes work. I was concerned I would not be able to pay the registration fee. The new car purchase was out of necessity as our paid off car had been totalled in a wreck the day before. Dominico advised me that there was a way to extend the 30 day registration window by paying about a $20 fee. He said this would be available to renew 2 times after the 30 days. I trusted his knowledge as he said he had been in car sales for over 10 years. I knew I would need more time to pay the registration and taxes because I was adding a new expense. My wife was with me and we both asked him about the registration and taxes at least 3-4 times. He stated the same. When I called the DMV for an extension they said no such thing existed. I was furious as I was lied to and misled so Dominico and Gregg Young could make the sale. The reality is, if I had been told told the registration and taxes would be in 30 days no matter what, the purchase of the car would have had to wait a little longer. In addition, when I brought the new car back to the dealership the next day because they did not clean it or fill it with gas, they crashed it. The dealership said they would not report it and just fix it back to new. I fought against this although they insisted they would fix it back to new. They eventually gave me a new car and not the crashed one. I would speculate they fixed the crashed car and are selling it to a different consumer as "new" when it is not. I've bought several new cars in the past and it's always difficult dealing with the purchase - it takes time and negotiation. But this was by far the worst experience. Being lied to, then trying to be scammed into taking home a crashed car, then finding out the salesman lied again. Even if you're in a desperate situation, I encourage you to stay away from this dealership. More
Not satisfied My 2014 Chevy Cruze has been to Gregg Young 3 times in less than 3 month span and has never been completely fixed. Each time something new is wrong an My 2014 Chevy Cruze has been to Gregg Young 3 times in less than 3 month span and has never been completely fixed. Each time something new is wrong and has been serviced, only to have something else go wrong again. The last time we decided not to have it serviced after diagnostic showing sensors were faulty, because it was not covered under the GM warranty. A day later the car overheated and I was told by Gregg Young another diagnostic would be necessary (each diagnostic costs you about $150). We have now called Chevy directly to hopefully solve this.
