Couldn't have been more satisfied! I went in to Gregg young without the first clue on where to start. I had never bought a car from a dealership before so it was all new territory to me I went in to Gregg young without the first clue on where to start. I had never bought a car from a dealership before so it was all new territory to me. I went in without having any idea what to expect and was beyond nervous and anxious. After talking with Blake, he explained to me the process and what to expect as we began to look at a few cars. Not only was he absolutely wonderful but he made me feel so comfortable and at ease. We discussed different payment plans on two vehicles I had an interest in, and discussed what options we had. The financing area is absolutely incredible as well. There was a slim chance I would get approved on my own being only 21 with one line of credit, but somehow they made it work and I was approved! I greatly appreciate all of the hard work from everyone there that helped make this dream a reality for me. I had never had a car from the past decade or under 100K miles and now I have a 2015 Chevy Malibu and i couldn't be happier. I could not have gone through this process without Blake being there every step of the way, along with everyone else at Gregg Young.
