Chip in grill after service My husband brought our vehicle in to get the oil changed and they washed our vehicle and the grill in the front came back with a chip in it. My husband called to let the dealer know and someone was supposed to call him back he waited all day and never received a call back so he called the dealer back and they stated they would need to look at the chip. I look at my vehicle daily because it sits in our garage and the chip in the grill was not there prior to the visit there...before any service I will be taking photos of my vehicle because we paid to much to have it damaged....although the chip is small I want it repaired! I trust you all to fix the issue. However, the response of no one calling back is not customer friendly service and If the issue is not resolved I will make the next contact which is the corporate office. More
