I am extremely displeased with the quality of work I received from Greg May Honda. I made an appointment to resolve the dash rattle and had specifically said that it occurs on rough pavement. After dropping my car off and receiving it back, I was told that it was due to the sunglasses in the holder and an aftermarket trim piece. After removing the sunglasses from the holder, and the interior trim pieces, I noticed that I was STILL experiencing the same noise that I initially complained about when I made the appointment. Now I was charged for labor, and basically I ended up paying $126 for someone to tell me to tape down the trim piece and remove the glasses. I am quite upset and will now have to drive out of town to deal with another Honda Dealership to properly resolve the issue. More

Once my vehicle was in the shop the work was was completed quickly and well done. My only complaint would be they didn’t keep me well informed while waiting for the part to come in to fix my van doo completed quickly and well done. It would have been nice if they would have called me instead. A week and some change later they called me that the part finally came in and I took my van to get fixed. More
