Hi Ruth! I personally listened to the sales manager speaking with you, and there was not a hint of rudeness present in his voice. He explained to you how you purchased a pre-owned vehicle which happened to have the previous owner's maintenance package still in effect when you came in the two previous times and received oil changes at no cost to you. You did not purchase a maintenance package when you purchased the vehicle and were not entitled to any free oil changes. You received two oil changes on someone else's dime, so it sounds like you got a pretty sweet deal.

As I stated your salesperson Andy communicated oil changes were included with the sale up to 48,000 miles.

All of your professionally trained sales staff, who hold customer satisfaction to the highest standard, know Honda does not include any complimentary maintenance. Each customer signs a "we owe" if there was anything promised at the time of sale, and we will happily honor anything stated on that form. All we need is a copy of your "we owe" or a copy of the maintenance plan you purchased in the business office at the time of sale.
