Poor, I made appointment to have the battery replaced on my car, that is less than a year old and was told that it would take an hour to have the battery replaced, end up taking longer than an hour and inst my car, that is less than a year old and was told that it would take an hour to have the battery replaced, end up taking longer than an hour and instead of being updated on the status of my car I had to keep checking with Christina.
