Service rep accused my spouse of providing an incorrect reason for service visit, which resulted in the department not being prepared to investigate our vehicle properly. They could not diagnose the probl reason for service visit, which resulted in the department not being prepared to investigate our vehicle properly. They could not diagnose the problem, which was later found to be a failing battery cell. The vehicle failed 2 weeks later and I required Honda Roadside assist to tow the vehicle in. I chose a different dealership due to the way I was treated by this department and its reps. More
