Refused to repair a part that broke on the suspension that should never break much less after only 38,000 miles. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Will never buy a Honda again. More

YOUR ENGINE FAILURE IS NOT A RESULT OF SERVICES RENDERED. WE DO NOT APPRECIATE THE NEGATIVE SLANDER IN THIS MANNER. THERE WERE RECOMMENDATIONS THAT WERE DECLINED FOR IDLE DIAGNOSTIC WHEN THE OIL CHANGE WAS COMPLETED. WE WERE THEN ACCUSED OF NOT ADDING OIL TO YOUR CAR. HOWEVER IT WAS SHOWN TO YOU IN PERSON THAT THE VEHICLE HAD THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF OIL . YOUR APPROVAL FOR DIAGNOSTIC REVEALED A FAILURE IN THE CYLINDER HEAD THAT HAD STARTED TO DAMAGE THE ENGINE BEYOND REPAIR. WE ARE UNCERTAIN OF ANY REASON TO HAVE RECIEVED SUCH A SURVEY.
