I went in for three things: A required service job. A new key. A complimentary detail and wash. I was told that it would take about 4 hours to do all three. After another 2 hours it was still not done. I left my vehicle at your service department for 6 HOURS and still it was not finished, nor did anyone call me to explain what was going on. Not one single call. All the while I was sitting in Waco, Texas, waiting for this to be completed. Call me and I'll explain how shoddy your service department treated me. I left with a dirty truck and was told to come back some other time to get it washed. Not detailed....washed. It was vacuumed, not detailed and not washed. The service person was not the least bit interested in making it right. If you think I'm mad, you should talk to my wife. She's in the market for a new vehicle, but at the rate your service department is going, she will not deal with you. Maybe you should contact me or my wife to set this straight. I dealt with Christina. And some other dude who's name I don't know. More
